Friends of Coyote Creek Watershed developed a docent training program to prepare citizen volunteers to lead walks and give talks about the natural history of Coyote Creek. The docents offered a series of Saturday morning nature walks along Coyote Creek in north San Jose in 2017.
Now, as Friends of Coyote Creek Watershed are a part of South Bay Clean Creeks Coalition, we will continue that program on the Coyote Creek starting in spring, 2018.
We have also developed some self-guided interpretive walks for the Coyote Creek that are shown below.
